If you have changed your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and wish to return an item for a refund, you should inform us of this decision within 10 days of receipt of your goods.You should contact us using our online returns form or by email or by telephone.

The item must be un-used and in its original packaging, with any seals intact.

You are required to return the goods at your own expense.

We will refund the cost of the goods and any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase via your original payment method.

How to return an item

If you need to return an item you should follow the steps below:

• Complete our online form or telephone our Customer Services Team to obtain a returns number, which you will need to send with the item. You need to provide your invoice number and the reason for the return at this stage.

• Carefully re-package the goods, using suitable, secure packaging.

• Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing. (Please note: will not be liable for lost returns).
