Jennifer asks:
I have really thick straight red hair that falls down my back. I don’t know how to style it because every time I try to curl it the curls fall out in half an hour due to the weight. What’s the best way to style heavy straight hair?

If you want to have more volume in your hair, why don’t you add some layers around the front and long layers throughout, and maybe try shortening the length a little. This would give your hair a better look even when you wear it straight but will hold a curl ten times better when you opt for a wavy look.

Helen asks:
My hair is pretty long at the moment, light brown and fairly fine but with lots of it. I have a fairly long face and a big forehead. I would love to go for some kind of shaggy bob style but how do I know what would suit me?

With long face shape and high forehead, you need to go for a style that has some sort of fringe or side fringe to off-set the length of your face. A choppy bob with layers around the face would look great on you.

Emma asks:
I have short naturally blonde hair which has recently been coloured red. I am desperate to go back to blonde, is this possible in one salon trip and is the only option to bleach it?

Yes it is possible - ask your hairdresser to contact Affinage (product company) and order in 1 or 2 Eraser hair colour remover. It basically removes artificial colour pigment by reversing the process. It is not a bleach and will remove the colour without interfering with your own natural hair colour. As you have had a colour on your hair - it won’t be exactly the same as before, but all the red tone will be removed.

Good luck
