Namsayin asks:
Hi, I知 a 21 year old guy. For the past 6 months I have been shedding hairs. 6 month ago, 2 weeks after I got a haircut, my hair looked extremely thin. My hair was thinning pretty much everywhere, mostly The sides and the crown, also a little on the back. Then even my hair at the hairline started shedding, so I accidently pulled some of it out, no the hair is growing back, some of it looks weak, thin and without colour.

Some of the hairs at my hairline is still shedding though. Matter of fact, I shed hairs at the left side of the top of my head, probably More than 300 a day I actually try not to pull My hair because I can probably pull out 50 % of the hair at the left side of the top. A couple of days ago I grabbed 30 hairs, and more than 10 hairs fell out. So now I got this weird bald spot on my head. I have no idea what to do about this.

I知 pretty sure the hair is growing on the bald spot tho.

Dear Namsayin, This condition really needs to be looked at by a qualified Trichologist to confirm the type of hair loss you have been suffering as I would not like to give you the wrong advice , as I知 unable to see your scalp in person !

Lucy asks:
I have been colouring my clients hair the same way for the last year same colouring same products. Normally just highlights and a root touch up. (5 base)

Today colouring her hair twice it went completely grey all over !! Anyone know why this happened ? The base colour was freshly opened also .

Oh my goodness I have no idea, the only thing I can think of is that the highlights if there is now to many, the 5 base has grabbed on them during the rinse and shampoo out process giving a grey look? But I think you mean the root colour looked green; if so I would suggest sending the remainder of the tube with a letter of explanation and photos if possible to the manufacturer asking for their feedback?

Good luck

Samantha asks:
I have a natural strawberry blonde hair. I LOVE my hair, and often get looks and comments on how wonderful and rare it is. That being said, I really want a change, a drastic cut and colour (its quite long right now, and had been for several years)

I知 thinking a rose gold kind of colour. Is this something that will work with the red pigment in my hair? Any other suggestions on colours?

Your hair sounds beautiful and I知 sure that a rose gold colour would work well with the natural tones of your hair. But I do suggest you go to a salon for a consultation as its critical to actually see and feel the hair and discuss what exactly you call rose gold, this way you won稚 be disappointed with the result. ...More >

Good luck
