Janet asks:
I just got hair extensions last week. My hair extensions are frizzy and unmanageable. I have used various leave in conditioners. I am now regretting the extensions. What can I do?

Hi Janet - Without seeing it its hard to say what's happening but I think you need to go back to the people that did your extensions as soon as you can.

Samantha asks:
Hello, I'm Samantha. I'm 16 years old, I have naturally dark dark brown curly hair with brown eyes. I wanna explore a little and dye my hair really blonde. What shade of blonde do you think will go the best and will I be able to do it with out destroying my hair? Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks

Hi Samantha - After talking to my two senior Color technicians (Luke Kwaicznski and Kathleen McMahon) about your question, we are all in agreement about the general rule of thumb of only lightening no more than four shades above your own dark brown hair, and from your description we would suggest you stick with warm light browns and dark blondes, Igora Fashion by Schwartzkopf would be ideal for your request.

Ebony asks:
How do I stop hair loss after a chemical relaxer process. I had worn dreads for over 5 years and maybe the relaxer traumatized my hair. Please help! How do I stop my hair from falling out?

Hi Ebony - Could be two things, one is that your hair might have been over processed and itís causing breakage and will take its course, secondly you might be being too rough with it when doing. Either way you might want to consider cutting some of the relaxer out and giving it a rest for a while, and don't forget to condition it a lot, seek advice from the salon that relaxed it, they owe it to you.
