Debbie asks:
I have had real hair extensions put in 3 weeks ago - I had a full head done, over 30 of them fell out! I went back to have them put back in, but they are doing the same again, falling out every time I brush it. It is also really luggy and looks a mess there is hair falling out everywhere all in the house - Iím at my wits

Hi Debbie - Unfortunately, I have heard this same scenario numerous times. The falling of your extensions may be due to numerous causes.
The bonds were not heated sufficiently.
The bonds were not closed completely at the top and bottom of the bond.
The following should have been explained when you had the extension serviced done. Was your hair clean and free of any product or tint if a color service was done prior to the extension service? When you wash your hair, are you applying conditioner or treatment to the bond area? Are the bonds still wet, if you wash before you go to bed? If you are blow drying with hot air, are you leaving the dryer near the bonds for a long period of time? Are you passing a flat iron or a curling iron over the bonds? Hopefully, the above will answer your problem. If this is the first time that you have had extensions, donít think that this is how it is going to be all of the time.
Good Luck

Casey asks:
How do I make super-thick hair look and feel thinner? Iíve been getting my hair thinned out with the thinning shears every two months or so, my hairdresser said thinning more than once every two months can damage my hair - but is there anything else I can do to make it thinner? I already straighten my hair almost every day.

Hi Casey - Have you tried a shampoo and conditioner to make your hair sleek? Thinning your hair more than once a month should not damage your hair as long as the hair is wet and the shears or razor are sharp. Maybe change your hairdresser and change your haircut to create less volume? Good Luck

Brenda asks:
I am 27yrs old. My question is, what can I do for my hair loss! Everyday I wash it and when I squeeze the water out of my hair, thick strands of hair come off and when I brush it another thick strand hair is removed.

Hi Brenda - Start by not washing your hair everyday. You will dehydrate your scalp. Find a salon that offers NIOXINís Scalp Remedy. It is something like a microdermabrasion of the scalp. Do not tie your hair back in rubber bands and do not put tension on the hair. Nu Skin Enterprises has a device called the Galvanic Spa when used the hair conductor and Nu Skinís Nutriol Treatment will help.Good Luck
