Catalina asks:

I am thinking of using at home LíOreal DiaRichesse 50ml - 4.8 which I had done in a salon and I liked it, but canít afford to go this time. What developer would I need to buy?

Probably something in a small bottle as this is probably just a one off. Do I need something else?

Thank you very much!

Ella asks:
So hereís the story... I have naturally dark, dirty blonde hair, and blonde eyebrows. I tried bleaching it without bleach with things like lemon juice, peroxide, etc. It did lighten a lot. But in certain lights it gave a sort of glowing orange look. I used purple shampoo a lot and it got better. Even lighter. But still had a really light orangish tone. I decided enough was enough and used a light brown hair dye to darken hopefully back to my normal hair colour. Unfortunately I left it in way too long and it gave me black hair. I used peroxide and dandruff shampoo and purple shampoo to fade it. Now it is a medium brown in the shade and a bright orangey red hair in the sun. Yuck. I want to get back to my normal colour without having it grow out. What are my options? Ash dye/toner? More purple shampoo?

Lighten it more with same methods?

Thanks for the help.

Goodness me Ella, okay I would suggest Ash dark blonde semiís every 4 weeks and maintain warm tones in between with silver conditioner as it deposits more tone hence neutralising more of the orange/yellow unwanted tones. Try and include treatment masks and colour save shampoo into your daily hair care regime as the better condition your hair is in, the more even and long lasting results you will get.
Good luck, Kala

Jola asks:
My hair was bleached blonde with some yellow highlights, but because Iím starting to show some grey around my face I decided to get some dark highlights matching my dark blonde hair. My stylist gave me black highlights!! My hair turned ugly grey with black sticks. It looks horrible. I called her and after 4 days she has returned my call saying she can give me a rinse to change the color, honestly Iím scared to go back. Can she fix my color with toner?

Hi Jola

She will probably do something like a gentle bleach bath and then a tone, it sounds scary but donít be afraid. Give her a chance to fix it as she can and will want to. We always want happy clients your our best adverts. ...More >

Good luck, Kala x
