One product alone will not combat reduced hair volume or hair loss. It must be addressed holistically. You should give your hair internal support through diet and relevant nutritional supplements, add immediate body and moisture with a thickening, protective protein spray, and optimize the condition of your scalp with stimulating, anti-androgenic scalp drops. We make a 3-step holistic regime called Trichotherapy that addresses hair volume worries from each of these angles, Tricho Complex contains hair essential iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Biotin and Vitamin D.

Debbie asks:
Hi, I have thin frizzy fly away hair thatís shoulder length. I recently booked an appointment at my local salon, but I have been told lighter colours wouldnít be good, but I want my hair to look thicker.

I assume your hair is very dark and thatís perhaps why the salon is advising that lighter colours wonít work for you? Have you tried having your hair a bit shorter with some face framing layers? How about the products you use are they try volumising products, make sure you donít use anything to creamy to style your hair and perhaps use dry shampoo at the root area as its clay based and bulks up the roots making the hair look thicker? Kind regards

I have always had good condition hair, but recently I have noticed my hair is breaking/ snapping quite short. I havenít changed anything I do, or my appliances. Any suggestions?

It can be a number of things such as diet, over use of tools, medication and hormonal changes. The best thing to do is to try and eliminate one thing at a time, by improving your diet with lots of omegas, nuts and proteins. Take a supplement and review medication you are taking just to rule out that it isnít playing a part. Use the best professional hair care products you can and try and do a regular treatment on your hair. A combination of all of this is bound to see an improvement. Good luck
