Alicia asks:
I got my highlights retouched today and she messed up the colour and it is way too light and it looks harsh on my face. Is there anyway I can have it toned down with out spending a lot of money? I really hate the way it looks now and do not really want to dye it because I love my natural coloured hair. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

Please go back to the salon that provided your colour service as they should want to ensure that they have happy clients. The easiest way would be to weave through some low lights into you hair to help tone down the brightness you have. It needs to be done by a professional hairdresser as although it is the easiest way to tone down your colour it is the application and selection of hair to be coloured.

They should want to put things right for you and after all you have paid them for a professional colour service

Aiyah asks:
I have very thin hair. It is a little past my shoulders and it always frizzes up. I had a perm put in because my hairdresser said it would give some body, but it didn't it just made it frizzier. Is there anything I can do to treat my hair and make it thicker?

Sounds like you already had body in your hair and it just needed to be controlled. If I might suggest searching for a new hairdresser that will truly understand your hair and find a style that will make your hair do what you want it to.

Coralie asks:
I have used GHDs everyday for around 2 years and I now have a bald patch the size of a golf ball at the side of my head near the front. I am so down and depressed by it, I am wondering if using the GHD everyday has caused it? If I stop will it grow back?

I do not think it is the GHD iron that has caused this problem, but it does sounds like you might have an alopecia spot happening I would call your doctor and he will be able to tell you more. Spots like this come and go.
