Silvana asks:
I have very thick coarse curly hair and I am thinking of straightening my hair, but I am confused whether to try Yuko Straightening or Ionic Hair retexturising. Which offers the best results with minimal damage?

Both systems are similar. The condition of your hair is obviously going to be compromised as it is a chemical treatment. It might be a good idea to try a non-chemical hair straightener first. It will not make your hair totally straight as would the other systems but your hair will be in impeccable condition afterwards.

Sarah asks:
I have thin long wavy Asian hair, I have a long face, long nose and big forehead! What hairstyle would you recommend to hide my forehead, I normally keep a fringe but as my hair is thin its a problem to hide my forehead, please help!

I would suggest getting a light perm that will give your hair some bounce and interest. This will make your hair fuller and give your hair features some width. Get a consultation and ask the stylist to do a test curl and also your stylist could set your hair on rollers to give you an idea of whether you will like your hair curly

Anna asks:
I have quite a small round face, a fringe and short thick hair. I want to have a change and grow it long, but the problem is that when I grow my hair longer it drowns out my face. What can I do to prevent this?

The first thing to bear in mind is that keeping a fringe will help to stop you feeling drowned by your hair. As you grow your hair I would suggest that you have layers cut into your hair to reduce the thickness and at the same time give your hair more style and shape.

This will also help stop you being taken over by your hair.
