Laura asks:
I have thick curly hair the comes down below my shoulder blades. I usually straighten it. I have side swept bangs. I would like to get it cut, what would you suggest? My hair can get really puffy and I would really like to get it thinned but I do not know if that is a good idea. I would also like a way to fix my bangs because they tend to curl even when I straighten them.

The great news is that you have thick hair! I can understand what you are saying about your hair getting puffy as you describe it! Thick hair tends to grow wide as well as long! I would recommend that you have some of the weight reduced by having your hair thinned out and more style put into your hair. I would also advise you to get your hair cut every 6 weeks so that you do not lose the style from your hair. As for your hair curling up at the sides, I can guarantee you that with the right products and the right irons that your hair will not curl up!

Beautifully styled hair is just one visit away for you!

Sara asks:
I am 16 and I have very long, thick hair and about a year and a half ago I had a perm. I liked it at first, but now I hate it. I have been thinking about having it chemically straightened. Is this a bad idea? My hair is in good condition and I do not want to wreck it? How much does it cost?

If the condition of your hair is good then you could certainly have your hair straightened. The price varies from salon to salon but it is usually much less expensive than a perm and much quicker to have done.
