Karen asks:
I have very thick, curly hair which is also quite frizzy. What kind of hairstyle would you recommend, I have quite a long face shape. What products are best for my type of hair?

Amie asks:
3 months after having my daughter my hair fell out in excessive amounts and now I am left with very thin fine hair with lots of new hair growing through which is now about an inch and a half long, I do straighten my hair daily as it is very frizzy, do you have any advice on a cut and hair care as I am used to having very long and reasonably thick hair, having now short and thin hair has really knocked my confidence but I think with the right cut it could look good again.

There is a fabulous range of products called NIOXIN that is perfect for Clients who have weak hair or that have lost some for any reason. I would also advise that you use a thermal protector when you are styling your hair and especially when you are using the irons on your hair. Then I would get over to a professional salon and have your hair cut and styled to make it easier to look after and make you feel good again.

There are so many styles now for all types of hair and I am sure you will be delighted with the results!

Jasmine asks:
I have fine, limp, greasy hair. It is highlighted at the moment, and I want to change the colour to a darker shade, but also the style. I have to use products like hairspray and wax and thickening spray, otherwise it looks terrible. What colour would you recommend, and what style, bearing in mind all I have told you and my face is fairly long and oval-shaped, with a high forehead. My colouring is medium-fair with some freckles, and my eyes are green.

If you want to go dark then I would suggest opting for a warm tone which will compliment your eyes such as the stunning caramel tones sported by actress and singer Mandy Moore. A semi permanent colour would be ideal as this is lighter and will help in boosting body and shine. In terms of styling, increase body and movement in your locks by taking your hair shorter, adding layers to give it shape and texture.
