Anon asks:
Warren, what are the key ingredients I should look out for in products to give VOLUME & BODY to hair?

Wheat Proteins are good, as are panthenol, polyquaternium 10 and amino acids. The best volumising product out there is Nicky Clarke Hair Raising, it is ideal for fine or thick hair and creates serious volume.

Anon asks:
Hello Warren Holmes, is it true that scalp massages are good for your hair?

A deep scalp massage encourages blood circulation; this can stimulate the hair growth which will give you thicker hair in the long run. When doing the scalp massage itís better if your hair is wet (your hands can glide over your head easier), use a treatment mask full of proteins or even a peppermint treatment, this will feed protein back into the hair. Use the pads of your fingers and make circular motions. Start at the hairline and work your way in, a TAO massage is a simple one for you to learn to begin with.

Sara asks:
I naturally have thick, curly, dark brown hair, I fancied a change so tried dying it vibrant red which couldnít have gone more wrong - it didnít take at all and ended up going pink so in a panic I re-dyed it dark brown which has resulted in my hair looking and feeling the most horrific Iíve ever experienced; itís dry, wiry & heavy, when brushed clumps are coming out and it feels dreadful. Iíve followed advice and have been treating it with lots of conditioner, havenít touched it with heat etc but itís still absolutely frazzled. Please give me some sound advice on what I can do to get it even halfway back to normal?

Well it sounds like you are doing what you can, but what I would advise is booking a Wella Alchemy Treatment at your nearest Wella stockists salon.

These treatments are far more intensive than a normal homecare treatment and will hopefully start to make a difference. ...More >

Of course you cannot beat having a good amount cut off as this will really benefit the condition of your hair.
