Chris asks:
I try to push my hair back at the front, like a comb type over effect. Although my hair is fairly short (a couple of inches), it always seems to just flop straight back down on one side. Iíve tried many products including many Matt clays, puttys and fibre pastes, combined with hair spray, and none seem to work. I have got quite straight hair which naturally falls forward. It very occasionally stays back but canít seem to work out why this doesnít happen every time. Thanks

Chris apply some gel to your hair when its wet and try and blow-dry the hair in the direction you want it to go once its dry, re apply a small amount the gel and dry again. Then fix with hair spray. This should do it, hair is much more flexible to new shapes when its wet, it may also be helpful to grow your hair a little bit longer.

Good luck x

Adrian Haden asks:
Hi ! I have a dry scalp which means in winters I have dandruff. I also happen to have short silky hair. I wanted to ask is, which product would be best for me to style my hair the way I want it too with a dry look without it making my hair too dry ? I have tried a lot of hair gels which give a wet look but donít have a strong hold. I have also tried hair wax, good hold but it made my scalp WAY TOO DRY ! Can you recommend me something good ?

Hi Adrian

I suggest you give your hair and scalp a really good clarifying shampoo, and then massage a tiny amount of almond oil into your scalp, leave for 10 mins then repeat the shampoo. Always use a light conditioner massage into your scalp before rinsing. This will help prevent your scalp from being so dry. I would suggest mixing 3 parts gel to one part serum to keep the strength to control your fine silky hair but also condition with the serum at the same time. Hope this helps x

Taylor Baker asks:
So my hair is starting to feel like straw and I havenít done anything different. Still using the Sebastian penetrate and keeping heat off of it. My hair is just feeling really dry on the ends and extra tangly. I think it might be because I have been putting to much protein into it. I tried using the Paul Mitchell instant moisture, but it still feel really dry and almost worse. Do you recommend anything or have and suggestions.

Hello Taylor

It could be that you have a product build up on your hair, I suggest you buy a deep cleanse or clarifying shampoo and do a few shampoos with that before then using a balancing shampoo that will be for normal hair containing equal parts of protein and moisture. Use a light weight conditioner and comb it through before rinsing as well as a spray in leave in detangler. This should sort it out and then go back to using the treatment monthly.
