Maxine asks:
Hi, I have relaxed, fine, breaking hair. Please give me advice on how to treat it. I want it to grow to be strong, shoulder length hair.

Hi Maxine - The following information should help you 1. NIOXIN has a scalp treatment called Scalp Remedy. It removes any dead scalp cells, product build up. It removes any dead hair follicle build up. This service can only be done in the salon. 2. Use Dr. Muradís Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum. Good Luck. Rafael Rosas The King of Hair Extensions

Annie asks:
I straighten my hair pretty much everyday using GHDs and have done for the last 5/6 years. Currently (due to protective spray) the condition isnít that bad. I have in the past had quite split ends especially the front parts. My hair is long and I have a side parting although I would like more of a longer but minimal fringe my hair is very stubborn and refuses to move from this natural parting! I went away last year for 6 weeks and although I know I can cope without straighteners - I use them as I prefer the feel of my hair once used - I struggle with the front sections without straighteners (these parts I will always straighten on a day to day basis even if not doing the rest). The front sections go rather wavy when left. I tried French plaiting my hair when wet which helped a bit when I took it out my hair held the curl - sometimes too well making me look like a poodle. Is there some kind of straightening product you can actually recommend? My hair if in the right mood will look kind of beachy but it has to be worked at, maybe there is something that could emphasis this look? I donít wash my hair everyday so am wary of heavy gels/lotion that can sit on the hair and make it look greasey. Iíd prefer a lighter spray!

Great to hear that you are making your hair care part of your travelling preparations. There are some straightening treatments that can work quite well for instance Wella do something called Wellastrate, which will help calm the curl in your hair.

Product wise I would suggest Wella System Professional Sunshine Cream Spray. This will protect your hair from UVs and again help with the smoothness of your hair.

Jordan asks:
Is there any advice you can give me, I use hair gel to spike my hair, but when I do it shows my scalp, is there anyway I could stop this happening or is there another product that works as well as gel but doesnít show my scalp.

The best way to avoid this is to put a small amount of gel on your hair and dry your hair with your head upside down. You can then apply more gel to your hair when it is dry to emphasise the spikes without showing your scalp.
