Tariq asks:
Men Hair, It becomes curly/frizzy if not used a Hair Dryer?

If I let the hair to dry by itself, itís a mess of curly hair. When i use the hair dryer itís straight, easy to manage and has a better volume.

Any ideas why this is happening and how can I prevent this

If your hair has only just started to curl when left to dry this could be because our bodies grow and go through changes at least every 7 years †this could just be change as the years go by or you may be using a shampoo that can cause your hair to go fluffy.. Still I would recommend using a shampoo and conditioner called FRIZZ DISMISS by REDKEN this will take away most of the fluffiness from the hair, smooth it out and ensure that it does not react in humidity.

Hi Sarah

I always say to people as a first instant with any hair concern whatís your diet like? It really does make a difference to have a healthy diet. The second thing is the shampoo and conditioner you use, make sure itís for fine hair and the conditioner is a very light detangling one and that you comb it through before rinsing. ...More >

Do you have straightening irons with temp control, if so please get some advice on the correct temp for your hair as many times people are using the irons on a temperature much to high and causing excessive damage.

There are some great finishing products available that have humidity blockers use one of those after styling. Have a good trim and do all of the above and Iím certain you will see a difference very quickly.

Tiff J asks:
HI, I have 4b curly hair, dyed black over henna. I have bleached before over henna and its fine. But I would like some advice on how to go about doing highlights on myself? What products, techniques etc

Iím afraid I wouldnít suggest highlighting yourself, nip along to a local salon and ask if they have a model night and have it done by a trainee. Itís very difficult to get an even result and maintain the hairs integrity and I have concerns you will be disappointed with the result. If you have it done in a professional salon they will be able to advise you on maintenance and aftercare so you can maintain your new look.

I do hope this helps?
