Jj asks:
Can I use a John Frieda colour treating shampoo & a Pantene colour treating conditioner in the same wash? Or is it risky to mix two different brands when it comes to coloured hair?

Jj, Itís fine and safe to mix both brands.

Kimia asks:
I have coloured and bleached my hair multiple times but must have my hair back to a natural colour over the next couple of days, as it is currently a light turquoise colour. I donít want to bleach my re-growth or damage my hair further but am also concerned that if I dyed my hair brown it would have a green undertone or that the dye needed to cover the green would be darker than my natural hair colour. How would you suggest returning my hair to a naturally occurring colour?

Hello Kimia, Use a brown one shade lighter than your desired result and with a gold base so it will have a G after the number or .3 that way it wonít go too dark and will neutralize the green in the turquoise. Good luck

Claire asks:
I have been having my hair highlighted/coloured for years and I still am not sure what colour suits me. I always ask the question at the salon but get the usual "its up to you". I just need someone to look at my skin tone and eye colour and give me a range of colours that would suit me best. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I Think I have a cool skin tone and my eye colour is more hazel than green with a few gold flecks and a dark grey ring.

Hi Claire, Without seeing an image of you and your colouring I would still suggest warm tones of honey, caramels and golden blondes as they will compliment your skin tone and warm it up but also pick out the hazel and gold in your eyes. I hope that helps? Thanks
