Rahel asks:
I have very black hair. A few months ago I had my hair coloured in streaks to a very light colour. This colouring made my hair very dry. It used to be very shiny before, but now it is very dry. Please help me as I hate the look of my hair.

I feel for you. Itís going to take time to get your hair back in shape, I would suggest taking your colour back to itís original and then lots of loving care by using treatments and conditioner

Emma asks:
I have short naturally blonde hair which has recently been coloured red. I am desperate to go back to blonde, is this possible in one salon trip and is the only option to bleach it?

Yes it is possible - ask your hairdresser to contact Affinage (product company) and order in 1 or 2 Eraser hair colour remover. It basically removes artificial colour pigment by reversing the process. It is not a bleach and will remove the colour without interfering with your own natural hair colour. As you have had a colour on your hair - it wonít be exactly the same as before, but all the red tone will be removed.

Good luck

Kirsty asks:
I was just wondering if you could help me. My natural hair colour is brown and it is slightly dark, however a while ago I had blonde highlights put through it in which my hairdresser used bleach. This was really damaging my hair so I decided to go back brown again and used a hair dye that has got my colour near enough back to normal. However, I would really like blonde highlights in my hair again but I do not want to use bleach, will this be possible?

As you have used an all-over colour to take your hair back to brown, it may not work because you want to have tinted blonde lights. Tinted lights work on natural coloured hair and wonít normally lift on top hair that has already been coloured. My advice is to test 3 or 4 foils to see if it will lift before you go ahead.
