Sandra Verbreyt asks:
I have blonde highlights but my hair has become dry and dull and never shines. If I was to have it coloured darker would this bring the condition back. My natural colour is brown but when I was younger I was a red head but as I got older my hair went darker. What can I do to bring back the condition in my hair

Using treatments will always help gain your hairs condition? Wella do a great warming mask, going darker will enhance its shine and give the illusion of better conditioned hair but always look after your hair using treatments

Louise P asks:
I have had my hair coloured for years, usually highlighted. I have a clump of grey hairs right at my parting. My hairdresser was applying a root colour and then adding highlights, but I was often left with a reddy tinge down my parting after 2 or 3 weeks. This time she left out the root colour and applied an ash blonde colour, this has lessened the reddy effect but my greys havenít covered over at all. This is happening all too often now. Surely it should be possible to cover my greys every time? My roots do come through very dark but the highlights built up over the years have my ends quite blonde.

Try using a lot of fine highlights on the parting taking fine sections this should soften the redness.

Pamela asks:
I have coloured my hair forever. The grey is so prevalent I would like to go all grey. Can I get my hair coloured salt and pepper so I donít have the growing out stage.

It is very hard to recreate a grey/ashen colour so my best advice is to book a free colour consultation with a Wella Master Colour Expert. These guys are highly qualified in all aspects of colour and will be able to advise you on the best course of action for you.
