This season's must have hair is all about freedom. Forget conforming to regimented colours and cuts, just make way for totally relaxed styles. The only accessory you'll need this summer is your sun bed and cocktail!

Summer 2015 is going to be all about texture so dig those crimpers out of your draws to achieve a peek-a-boo textured look.

As always in the summer heat, you'll want to bring out the big buns. Whether folded, wrapped, high or low they've got to be big.

We've already seen on the SS15 catwalks, textured plaits and twists will be making a welcome comeback. Think matted and pulled apart or with peek-a-boo braids through to loose waves.

For the ultimate effortless style, loose waves on all hair lengths give off that ‘too cool to care' vibe. The wet look is set to stay for another season as well, so keep it casual, slicked back and off the face to achieve that ‘fresh out the shower' look.

In terms of cuts for SS15, the choppy, textured, mid length bob is still going strong. Running with the theme of carefree hair, avoid solid lines. Instead opt for swinging layers and loose waves. Long styles can achieve the same look with center partings or side swept.

Short styles should dare to be brave and try a severe undercut with contrasting longer textures on top, making an edgy cut more wearable.

Brighten up your colour this summer with floating highlights or chunky pastel flashes for perfectly popped colour. Existing blondes should try more natural, less contrasting and better-blended tones.
