The award winning collection was inspired by the mysterious beauty that African women possess. African women are strong, diverse and unique. I wanted pieces of the wonderful varied culture that is so often seen as a negative to be represented in its true form. Simply beautiful.
Hair is pinned into a ponytail and extended with longer hair. The hair is then backcombed and smoothed over one side of the face and neatly pinned into place.
