Joan,
I have worked in the customer service industry for over 15
years (showing my age now) and never have I had such good
customer service as you have given me today.
I bought the straighteners for my imminent holiday, so when
I received them and they were faulty was very disappointed.
I expected to have a fight on my hands for exchange, followed
by the usual return of goods at my expense, before I received
a replacement. But no; not only did you respond to me so promptly,
you have offered a timely replacement and restored my faith
in the retail industry. Thank you!
The straighteners are fine when cold, but when hot, the plates
bow and have no contact at the outer edge.
Thank you once again for your help. You’re a star!!!!

My straighteners arrived this morning and I was pleased to
have the day off work to be able to receive them. I was especially
pleased with the packing as it was obvious, care had been
taken.
I did go back to the website to see if there was a next day
option; I did not spot it the first time and neither the second
time, so I think the Special Delivery option is not made very
clear
