HELP
Finding Items
To
find an item either click on the menu to go to a page featuring all the
items of the description or type a keyword (ie hairdryer) into
the search box provided above and then

to proceed with search. |
The resulting page will list all the items that match the keyword.
For a larger
picture of each item simply click on the small image and a larger picture
will be displayed. If
you wish to make a purchase from ukhairdressers.com then click on the
button which says 'Add to Cart' alongside the item that you wish to
purchase.The item will be added to your shopping cart.(Basket).
At no time are you committed into buying any item and any item can be
removed from the basket by clicking on Basket and then
clicking 'Remove Item' 
by the item to remove it. Alternativley you can clear the whole basket
by clicking on the 'Clear Basket' button contained on
the basket page.
Whilst browsing the shop and adding items to your basket at no time
will you be asked for any information until you have finished shopping
and wish to order the items you have selected. when you are ready for
this click on 'Checkout' and fill in the form provided
after making sure that the list of items that you wish to purchase is
correct. Items can be amended by clicking on basket and removing the
items or changing the quantities in the boxes provided.
You will then go to an invoice page which will give you an invoice number
and you will be sent an email containing all details and purchases aswell
as the unique Invoice Number. You can then continue to the payment page
which is a secure page on a secure server so that any details are kept
confidential and encrypted.

No goods will be sent until we have received confirmation of payment.
Post & Packaging on all goods is FREE and goods will usually arrive
within 7 working days (UK only)
An optional charge of £5 for orders outside the UK will be made.
There is also an optional payment of £5 for next day delivery
on certain items. See Delivery
