So that you can make multiple purchases or carry on browsing until you are ready to pay, we provide you with a basket which will store any items you wish to place into it until you are ready to pay. When viewing the basket you will see a list of all the items that you have added to it whilst browsing the store. You can delete or amend quantities as often as you like until you are happy with the contents. You can also change the delivery method for each item in the basket if you wish your items to be sent Next Day Delivery. (Top of page)
To make your payment simply click on the CHECKOUT button and fill out the form. These details are for the delivery address and customer details. You will not be asked for any secure information at this point. If the cardholders details are the same as the delivery details then you can leave this page as it is and just click on proceed to a secure server. If the details are different then you can amend them first on this form and then proceed to a secure server. 
 When you are happy that the details are correct click on the credit/debit card logo of your choice to proceed. If you click pay offline then an invoice will appear which you can then print out and use to accompany a cheque (Made payable to UKHairdressers.com) and send them to: UKHairdressers.com
Goods Faulty on Arrival: If you goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days to inform us of the fault (please note that for business customers, this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we will forward a replacement. Goods Damaged in Transit: If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report this to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back in our warehouse we will send a replacement. Goods Faulty in Warranty Period: If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period, but it's more that 28 days since receipt, you are entitled to a 'warranty repair'. For warranty repairs we will arrange for the relevant manufacturer to correct the fault and then return the fixed product back to you. However, please note that this can often be a time consuming process and in some cases you may get a much faster resolution by arranging a repair directly with the manufacturer. Please contact us for advice on this matter. If you have changed your mind: If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days of receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at ukhairdressers.com we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note this policy does have some limitations and does not apply to business customers. NEED TO REQUEST A RETURN? Now you know our returns policy, you can request a return using the form provided and we will get back to you with a returns number, which you must accompany with your order. If you purchase Any item out of stock or delayed for other reasons you will not be charged until they are available and have been despatched. If you wish to buy a hair dryer you can click hair dryers on the left hand menu and you will be shown a page containing all the hair dryers we sell with a small amount of information and a picture for each one. If there are more than 10 results found then you will see page numbers where you can browse page by page all the hair dryers that we sell. The front page of the store also contains categories where you can click and be taken to a page where you can choose what type of hair dryer you wish or what manufacturer etc Enter search text into the search box provided and a list of all the items that contain the words anywhere in their descriptions will be displayed. ie entering the words hairtools will produce a list of all the items which contain the word hairtools in them. Some of the equipment we sell at UKHairdressers.Com has an electrical supply, and is clearly portable. As such this equipment is, at the end of its life, classified as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). When you purchase a ‘like for like’ ukhairdressers.com branded product from ukhairdressers.com, we will accept your old product from you free of charge and organise for it to be recycled. The procedure could not be simpler. When you receive your new item, unpack it carefully so that you can use the packaging to repack the old item. Contact us, with your purchase details, for example your order number, and we will send you the necessary postage to return the products. If you are not purchasing a new product please be aware that items of WEEE, which carry the ‘wheelie bin’ symbol, should be properly disposed of to minimise the consequences to the environment.
