Usage
Use Lice Free Zone Shampoo several times a week when an outbreak of lice has been
discovered in your community until the outbreak is under control. It is gentle
enough to use daily if preferred. Spray Leave-in Conditioner on hair (wet or dry)
each morning. The fine mist will coat the hair and provide an extra lice deterrent.
Lice do not like hair that has product on it, especially when that product is
infused with tea tree oil! Did you know? - Back-to-school is when head lice are
most commonly transmitted. Failure of inspection and prevention in August to November
can lead to widespread infestations by December and January

• Lice are most often spread at schools, day care centres and playgrounds
• Lice are not a sign of poor hygiene. Lice prefer and breed most effectively
in squeaky clean hair!
• Lice are small crawling insects. They can not fly, jump or hop.
• Female lice lay nits (eggs) on the hair shaft close to the scalp for warmth.
• Nits look like very small grains of rice. They are glued firmly to the hair
shaft and cannot be "flicked" away like dandruff.
• Lice feed on human blood. They cannot live away from ahuman host (e.g. on furniture,
clothing, bedding) for more than 24-48 hours.
• You cannot get lice from your pets or give lice to them.
