Wins British Hairdressing Award
MACK has won a top prize in a mystery client competition
run by top hair products company Kerastase.
We scored an average of 98 per cent over the two
visits by mystery customers and won £4,000 to
spend on a team trip for the salon staff. An additional
£1,000 will be shared by staff, including stylists
Liana Richman and Emily Smith, assistant stylist
Ayesha Caton and receptionist Faiza Baties, for
dealing with the mystery clients so effectively.
The assessors' comments on MACK’s service included:
"Every aspect was superb. The atmosphere was friendly,
relaxed and wonderful and my hair felt superb.
I loved it and would recommend this salon to everyone."

MACK has added another title to its growing list
of awards.
In the Mid Essex Business Awards for 2005 the
Chelmsford salon in Essex were winners in the
New Company category.
Andrew Mack, said: "As well as winning the national
awards, we are equally happy to be recognised
in our local area. After all that is where our
team and our customers come from so it is very
worthwhile recognition."

In the hair industry Oscars, the
British Hairdressing Business Awards, MACK has
been awarded the title of Independent Salon –
Business Newcomer.
Andrew and Tina Mack and their team were presented
with their award by Essex comedian Phill Jupitus
at a gala ceremony at London’s Royal Lancaster
Hotel.
Andrew said: "Winning this title is fantastic.
It is a worthwhile reward for all the hard work
our team has put in to build the salon’s reputation
in such a short time."
