Tracey Bregman
An Emmy Award-winning American soap opera actress. Born in Munich, Germany to American producer Buddy Bregman and actress Suzanne Lloyd. She lived in Great Britain until the age of 10 when her family relocated to California. She has been acting since she was 11 years old. At one time, she was credited as Tracey E. Bregman-Recht.
She is best known for the role of Lauren Fenmore that she portrayed on both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful.
The "E." in Tracey’s professional name, which stands for Elizabeth, was not there originally. Rather, she added it on the advice of a numerologist.
Tracey says, "A month after I added it, I got Young &Restless - and I’ve been afraid to take it out ever since!"
Tracey regularly does Yoga and in 2004, Tracey launched her own yoga inspired clothing line "Bountiful Buddha". She lives in Malibu, California with her husband, Ronald Recht real estate developer.
