Did you know that 'healthy option'
type food labels could be misleading. The food Standards
Agency found that in some of these 'convenient' diet ranges there
was more than half of a whole days recommended intake of salt
and that many did little to reduce the amount of fat and sugar
in comparison to the standard range.
Most were of little nutritional value due to the processed nature
of the food. If you want to loose weight it would be more beneficial
to prepare the food from fresh ingredients, enabling you to monitor
your intake more accurately.
