North Carolina, delicious odours dissolve in fat molecules, creating mouth-watering
aromas that are hard to resist - freshly baked cookies for instance.

fat soluble vitamins, and to provide padding to keep us warm, as well as protection
for bones against injury. Essential fatty acids help make hormones and keep skin
healthy. Too much fat of course, and especially saturated fat, can cause health

the right balance by actively burning off fat with exercise. Its
okay to get 40 per cent of your calories each day from fat but they should be
the unsaturated type - found in nuts, seeds, avocados, vegetable oils etc which
directly benefit health.
