apricots, very easy to do in minutes in the microwave and
no difficult pans to scrub. Crumpets with a slice of Edam
and slice of tomato on top are a good way to start the day.
And don’t forget to drink! A staggering number of people leave
for work without even a cup of tea or glass of orange and
apparently men are particularly guilty of this.
Always, always start your day with a drink of some variety,
hot or cold, to hydrate the body after the night hours and
get the kidneys functioning. If you must drink coffee first
think in the morning then do try to choose a decaf variety.
A blast of caffeine first thing can give you a false rush
of energy which will leave you feeling low mid-morning, so
save your caffeine until later in the day, certainly until
you have eaten.
