all know that too much alcohol is bad for us and can be very ageing
on the skin long-term. But studies suggest that a glass of red wine
each day as well as having certain health giving properties can
also have an anti-ageing effect on your skin. The chemical resveritol,
which is found in red grape skins, is a powerful anti-oxidant which
can keep skin looking younger as well as protecting the heart and
blood vessels. But stick to younger reds as these have more anti-ageing
properties than oak-aged varieties.
