Errol first started working in a local hair salon in East London aged 11. He gained his qualifications at Roger Heart’s aged 16 to 19. During this time he met with Paul Edmonds and moved to Neville Daniel to take his career to the next level. Errol then was head hunted by the Ginger Group and became their Educational Director. When Paul Edmonds opened his own salon, Errol started working with him as the Artistic Director. Errol later did a full circle and returned to Neville Daniel as the Artistic Director for six years until leaving to start his own salon business.
In summer of 1998, Errol’s dream became a reality as he opened his own hair salon in London’s swanky Belgravia Village. Errol was involved early in the design stages and helped to create his modern, light, and spacious salon that was to become a haven for relaxation and pampering. Since the opening, the salon has grown in strength and success following the dedication of Errol and his team of talented stylists.
Hailed as a fusion of European and Afro styling, the Errol Douglas salon is renowned for being the specialist salon in London. With a team of dedicated stylists, customers can experience some of the best cutting, finishing, colouring, Afro styling, men’s styling, bridal and evening, hair extensions, and the Avant-Garde. Determined to encourage customers to experience the full Errol Douglas salon experience, a beauty area, masseur, nail technician, in-house catering service, chauffeur, exclusive jewellery range and personalised umbrellas are also available.
