 | Donatella Versace claims she sleeps in her freezer to stay looking young.
The 57-year-old fashion designer admits she has had Botox but "only on my face, not on my body" because the rest of her youthful look is "the result of hard work" such as when she takes a nap in her deep freezer "every night" to keep her youthful look up.
She said: "How do I keep young? Havent you heard? I sleep every night in the deep freezer!"
While she works hard making herself looking young, Donatella also finds time to "make fun" of fellow Italian designer Miuccia Prada - the granddaughter of Mario Prada, who founded the company - although she is "surprised" the pair have become friends.

The American Idol judge - who has 18 fragrances, including the hugely successful Glow line - beat the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, Madonna and Britney Spears to top the poll by Escentual.com, one of Britains biggest online retailers of perfumes, cosmetics and grooming products.
Jennifer, 42, has made a staggering £50 million from the sales of her perfumes since launching her first one 10 years ago and her success doesnt show any signs of slowing down.

"The celebrity perfume market is massive and fashion can change very quickly, sometimes literally overnight. We monitor it very carefully and are always looking for new trends among customers."

The 22-year-old singer will put out Wonderstruck Enchanted - a follow-up to
her debut scent Wonderstruck, which she launched with her fragrance licensee
Elizabeth Arden last year - in September.
In an email to WWD, she said: "Wonderstruck Enchanted is the next chapter in the story of my Wonderstruck fragrance.
"Wonderstruck is about that moment when you instantly feel a connection to someone, but then theres that feeling of being completely enamoured - enchanted - when you know a little more about that someone and still feel that strong connection." Wonderstruck Enchanted contains hints of wild berries, pink poppy, passion fruit, vanilla, blooming white freesia, sugar-glazed champaca petals complete with a white musk drydown.
