My hair tips are breaking which make me so upset. I always cut the edges but no solution until now. I soak it in masks and others...what should I do?

If there was a miracle cure other than cutting for split ends, I would be a very rich man! Serums for split ends are great masking products but do not actually tackle the problem. The best action for split ends is to begin with diet - for healthy hair, you need a healthy body. Eat the recommended five portions of fruit and veg a day and perhaps a supplement. The most important are Zinc and Omega 3 as they are great for skin, nails and hair. Continue with regular deep conditioning masks to keep your hair in optimal health but most importantly, visit your salon for regular hair cuts to remove the ends.
