To obtain a textured
fringe, using small sections cut your guide line, to obtain the
length required, continue using the same amount of hair each time
until all your fringe section is cut, evenly.

To obtain textured
jagged look, from the centre of your fringe take a one inch section
placing it in your fingers holding it downwards in a 90 degree angle
as illustrated in the picture. Instead of cutting in a straight
line, cut into your line downwards taking great care only to slice
into the hair not by cutting out large chunks.

is basically obtained by slicing the hair rather than cutting, in
a club cut method, by slicing the hair you obtain a more moveable
textured look.
