Protox?
Want to look 10 years younger? Well the topical muscle relaxant gel PROTOX may be what you are looking for.
If you have had or are considering Botox injections this may prove to be a suitable alternative.

WHAT IS PROTOX?

Protox consists of two vital ingredients, Argireline Hexapeptide to relax muscle, and Hyaluronic Acid to repair sub-dermal cross-linking. Protox works to gradually reduce muscular contractions allowing natural facial expressions and a smoother, more youthful appearance. Protox is administered in a hydrating, free-radical scavenger gel to help repair wrinkled skin.

Unlike Botox injections, which paralyse local facial muscles, PROTOX involves no needles, no surgery and does not create the PLASTIC look that Botox is criticised for.

Protox claims to be able to reduce wrinkles by upto 50% with an average improvement of 35%, excellent results and well worth a try if you want smoother, younger looking skin!

IT’S A FACT
Fact - Women get worse hangovers than men.

You have often wondered the morning after the night before and now your suspicions are confirmed:- us women get worse hangovers after a drinking bout than men do. This is so obvious? We are smaller than men, right? Not necessarily! Women have a lower percentage of water in their body, so suffer higher levels of intoxication . Dehydration is part and parcel of a hangover and one of the biggest causes of the symptoms - nausea, headaches, trembling etc. Plus we have lower levels of alcohol dehydrogenase, the enzyme that digests and dispels alcohol from the stomach.

Do drink lots of water before going to bed after a night out. People taking evening primrose oil suffer less due to the GOOD FATS which help to metabolise alcohol. Many people swear by an effervescent Vitamin C tablet on rising. A friend of mine drinks a glass of mineral water in between every alcoholic drink and swears she has never had a hangover!

FACE THE MUSIC AND DANCE!
If you want to shake that weary end-of-winter feeling, leap into spring with the power of dance.
Its no accident that so many cultures use dance as a way to celebrate - not only can you enjoy the music, all that physical exercise should get your feelgood hormones, the endorphins, racing around your body.
Choose a time when you have the house to yourself do you do not feel self conscious, or if you do not mind, get a few or your girly friends round for a coffee, each providing a favourite selection of dance tunes. Have a really good dance around, practice new, unusual movements (always good for a giggle). Do not just move your feet, shake off your inhibitions and raise your arms Saturday Night Fever style. Be careful to choose only cheery, happy music - no ballads or lovesongs allowed. To achieve a full, feel good workout sing along at the top of your voice!

NEAR TO NATURE
Natural medicine is enjoying a boom. Busy Britons are spending £130 million a year on complimentary medicine, many say they have not time to visit their doctor or are disappointed with traditional remedys. Whilst it is always wise to consult your GP if a problem is felt to be of a serious nature, or is particularly persistent, lesser ailments can often be soothed at home.

COLD SYMPTOMS
Ginger tea loosens nasal congestion eases a sore throat and relieves chills.

COUGHING
Peppermints strong method scent helps to ease spasmodic coughing. Dab a drop of the oil onto your handkerchief and inhale frequently. (A painful cough needs checking by a GP).

MUSCLE ACHES
Epsom salts, available at chemists are rich in magnesium and help muscles to relax. Add 250g to a warm bath. To relieve congestion add a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil.

VIRAL INFECTIONS
Very difficult to treat with traditional medicines, symptoms can be reduced by eating raw garlic at the start of a cold or flu. If you can not face the pungent smell, try odourless garlic table supplements. Echinacea is wonderful as a long term help if you suffer from many colds etc as it naturally aids the immune system and can shorten the length and severity of the complaint.
