Anyone who cares about healthy hair and skin naturally wants to look and feel their best. We hope to bring you useful tips and information to enable you to look and feel as good as you can. If there is any particular problem you need help with we are only a click away! Hope you like the new look and that together we can all be 'beautiful people'!

Top Tip
If you find the smell of your perfume isnt lasting long, try putting a layer of non-perfumed body lotion on all the places you intend to spray before doing so. Perfume clings to skins natural oils - perfume will cling to the body lotion making the smell last longer.
Boost Your Energy

Walking is cheap! Blow away your cobwebs with a brisk walk. A brisk walk over hilly ground (in good shoes, please) burns off 30% more calories than an average walking pace. Hill walking tones your legs and rear end too! When you walk fast and put lots of energy into the steps you can use up as many calories as if you were running but without putting as much stress as knee joints.
When your spirits are flagging give yourself a boost by gently breathing in the smell of Crabtree & Evelyn Restoration Aromatic Smelling Salts.
The combination of cedar, tangy grapefruit and frankincense will help revitalize your mood and give you an instant lift.

Top Tip

If you want high performance from your make-up then start with the best base that you can. Whilst cheaper lipsticks or eyeshadows may be okay, your make-up will never look right if you don’t use a good foundation. Invest in a good product from one of the big-name house such as Estee Lauder or Christian Dior. Apart from getting a quality product, you are bound to get the best advice as to colour and suitability from personal service. The beauty representative will always allow you to try the product on your face as opposed to the back of your hand (never a true guide), and will suggest which product will suit your skin type. My young niece swears by Estee Lauders Double Wear Stay-In-Place Foundation, which is oil-free and semi-matte. I, on the other hand, being somewhat maturer, prefer Estee's Lucidity Base, which has a lovely texture and is wonderfully light and reflective. Both priced around £20 - not cheap, but definitely cheerful!
